Suicide Prevention/Training

BRF has identified many professionals and agencies who are doing great things to train up peers and leaders to identify possible warning signs of at-risk individuals and provide healthy ways to respond to crisis. Through our fundraising efforts, we seek to support these organizations and assist them in expanding their reach.

School Based Mental Health

BRF advocates for normalizing mental health discussions and making mental healthcare available to students in the same way they often have access to physical healthcare through public schools.

Bereaved Families of Suicide

Our personal grief experience revealed to us that not everyone has the freedom and support to grieve on their own terms. While we’re really not sure what this part of our service will look like, we acknowledge that it’s important and it’s a way we desire to bless others who have lost as we have lost.

The Bryce River Foundation exists to come along side mental health professionals & organizations who are providing suicide prevention training and education as well as good mental health practices and advocacy to end the stigma of mental health care.

BRF is led by a volunteer board of directors who seek to shine light into the darkness that suffocates those suffering from mental illness and suicidal thoughts. Through our fundraising efforts, we desire to combat the stigma of mental health care and to grow its availability.
